When milling insoles, we use MemoFlex material. This is specially developed for insoles based on maximum memory, optimal shape recovery and flexibility. MemoFlex is manufactured under continuous supervision in an ISO 9001/14001-certified factory. This ensures that each batch is produced according to the required technical specifications. Randomly selected batches are tested for compression, tensile strength and hardness. The sheets will not be released for splitting and processing until they have passed this test. The manufacturing process of cross-linked foam ensures that MemoFlex has a closed cell structure and does not absorb moisture. This prevents bacterial formation.
Filament specially developed for 3D printing insoles
When printing the soles, we use a foaming TPU filament that was specially developed in collaboration with our technical partner, BEDROCK 3D. They are specialists in the field of 3D printing materials. From consultation to development. No matter what material you need for your specific project, they offer the world’s largest selection of 3D printing materials and service solutions. The filament is produced in the Netherlands at an ISO 9001/2015-certified factory. All produced batches are released after undergoing strict quality controls. This Foaming TPU filament is available in various colors. It has all the properties needed to create a high-quality and comfortable sole. You can return the empty spools; they will be recycled. If your printer is not working properly, we will ensure the problem is resolved. If that is not possible, we will make sure you receive a working printer. Of course, this also applies to our milling machines.
