Interview with Niels Mol of Mol Shoes.
How do you like having the GO1 printer in the store?
What I experience so far, it is an eye catcher.
What do you experience as the biggest advantages of in-house printing?
The speed at which I can help the client now.
How do customers respond to the printer in the store?
They like it very much, we even had one guy who sat down for 15 min for it.
How do you like the guidance, support and service from Insolution?
Very good, the team helps me very well when there are problems. They monitor it remotely very well. We just got into a relationship.
What do you think of the path taken to get to printed soles? Support, training from Wiljan etc.
With the explanation and guidance from Insolution and how you are already used to working, it works out quite easily.
Would you recommend the GO1 to others? If so, why?
Yes indeed, and especially what the future and updates are going to bring.
What is the customers’ opinion of the printed soles?
I can’t say anything about that yet, my wife and I have been walking on them for a while and they like them. Personally feel they can take more than the EVA soles.
Why do patients choose a printed sole?
They have no choice! haha.
In what % of your patients is it possible to prescribe a printed sole instead of milling?
Can’t say anything about it yet, but as it looks now, it’s about 70% to 80%.
