At Insolution, we have multiple state-of-the-art therapy sole production sites that produce more than 140,000 pairs of customized therapy soles annually. With production facilities in Nijverdal and Geesbrug, we have a nationwide network to get our insoles to customers as quickly as possible. Through our distributors we have global coverage.
At Insolution, we have multiple state-of-the-art therapy sole production sites that produce more than 140,000 pairs of customized therapy soles annually. With production facilities in Nijverdal and Geesbrug, we have a nationwide network to get our insoles to customers as quickly as possible. Through our distributors we have global coverage.
Most of the therapy soles produced are EVA-based, traditionally milled and ground by hand into its final shape. Our therapy soles are produced from unique material, Memoflex, developed by ourselves. Thirty percent of the waste after milling goes to one of our partners for recycling. In addition, we have developed the blocks so that there is as little waste as possible.
Over the past two years, Insolution has developed a 3D printing solution for the production of customized insoles. The 3D printer has many advantages over traditional milled therapy insoles:
