Ervaring met de GO-1 printer
Interview met Jeroen Mulder – Voetcomfort Deventer
Why did you choose the GO-1?
“We were looking for a reliable and future-proof solution to produce our own soles. The GO-1 turned out to be just that: a solid printer that delivers high-quality soles with few breakdowns. In addition, Insolution’s service is excellent as always: short lines, someone always answers and any problems are solved quickly. Thanks to this solution, we have more control and can serve our patients faster.”
How do you like the printer in practice?
“Remarkably, we have to make far fewer adjustments. The soles are almost always right the first time, which patients notice immediately. The product is stable and satisfaction is high. And should we temporarily need more capacity, it is ideal that we can also print at Insolution.”
Comments from patients
“The printer in the waiting room is a real eye-catcher. People find it fascinating to see; it attracts a lot of attention. The printed soles themselves are very well received: patients come back less often for corrections and switch from milled to printed soles without difficulty. Especially patients with an affinity for technology respond with extra enthusiasm.”
Why do people choose a printed sole?
“For patients, it’s ultimately about the solution to their symptoms. How the sole is made is not decisive for them. The most important thing is that the printed sole effectively solves the problem – and it does.”
The move to printed
“We had confidence in the technique and the quality. Then you just have to take the plunge. And that worked out very well.”
Service and support
“Insolution’s support is as we are used to: fast, knowledgeable and personal. The other day we had a printer problem and within half an hour someone was at our doorstep. That inspires confidence.”
Do you still cover the soles?
“Yes, mainly for looks. Functionally it’s not really necessary.”
